ABOUT PROJECT

The goal of the project is to implement workshops in V4 countries for children aged 5-10 years through established partnerships with cultural, educational, and non-profit organizations. The project also includes the creation of a 40-page picture book titled ‚Oto the Rock,‘ which will serve as the central theme for the creative workshops. The main topic of the project is the development of basic moral values in children aged 5-10 in the V4 countries (CZ, HU, PL, SK). Currently, there is a lack of emphasis on moral education and character development in the formal educational environment and in the wider social context. In schools, it does not quite cover the lessons of religious education or ethical education. By involving children in workshops focused on the topics of identity and self-love, the aim of the project is to promote a sense of empathy, respect and understanding towards oneself and others. In addition, the aim of the project is to support cultural exchange and cooperation between children from different backgrounds within the V4 countries. By creating an appendix of a common book to which children contribute their thoughts and ideas, the project seeks to break down barriers and promote unity and understanding among youth in the region.
