An illustrated book connecting present and past. Author of the text, Kvetka Veverková, inspired from tradition fairy-tales literature for children, is transforming old stories into new, contemporary form. Creating a contrast between these two worlds and criticism of society is the main idea. Illustrations has been created by digital graphics technique. Figurative motifs of main characters reflect their abilities and characteristics. "Censorships" and artistic inputs appear in the text, which are directly censoring word - as a side effect, it brings attention to specific meaning or idea. Typographic side of this book has been directly consulted with graphic designer Daniela Brunovska. The result is a humorously illustrated book that is intended not only for teenagers, but also for adults.
